We were feeling a little cabin fever, and with no visitors expected and a sunny day, we decided to take Nathan out for his first adventure on his 1 week birthday. He slept through the whole thing, but Nick really enjoyed himself.
We went to the zoo on a day when all the animals were out sunning themselves. Some of them we had never seen on previous visits. It was a great day to just hang out as a family of four.
A peacock found us and walked next to Nick for a few minutes. It was really cool. Nick even threw him a few raisins to eat.

What a fun day out. We absolutely love going to the zoo as a family. Here in Japan babies aren't supposed to go out until they're 3 months old, which we were never capable of. We always took our babies out as soon as we left the hospital.
Looks like you guys are adjusting well to being a family of 4! Both are as sweet as can be!
