BIG SNAKE!
The Bear Fountain is the centerpiece of the Detroit Zoo. I think Nick wanted to dive in and go swimming. Although, it was unseasonably cool for August, at about 60 degrees, with wind and rain. Brrr!
Nick didn't seem too sure about the monkeys. He actually seemed a little afraid of them.
He loved the seals because they came right up to the glass, almost like you could touch them, and they were so big!

Quite the zoo experience!! What's the name of that animal with the mustache in the 2nd picture down???? Watch out! Looks like he has a hold on Nick!!!!! Don't you watch him, Julie????? Hee Hee.
