Nathan's One Year Birthday Party

We celebrated Nathan's first birthday at the Kiddie Klub. All the kids had a great time and played until they were exhausted.

Uncle Gary and Natalie.

Aunt MaryAnn, stuck in the climber.
All the kids were so excited to watch Na Na open his gifts.

Cousin Jenn, Uncle Gary and Aunt Amy, Cousin Trey, Auntie Janet. Just a few of the distinguished guests.

This is one of the few moments Nicky sat still...

Nathan was mostly interested in the ribbons.

Veggie Tales Concert

We went to a Veggie Tales Concert with some friends a few weeks ago. The kids had a great time dancing in the aisles.

Grayson (on the left) is a year younger than Nick, but he's about an inch taller.

Group Shot!

Bowling

Nick went bowling for the first time last month at his cousin's birthday party. He liked it, but I don't think he should quit his day job.

One Year Pictures

Here's just a small sample of the beautiful one year portraits my friend Angela took a couple weeks ago. It didn't hurt that Nathan was in an especially adorable mood. Check out her blog, www.angelaoliverphotography.blogspot.com.

Twelve Months Old

I'm weeping. How could it be? I kept telling him to stay a little baby...

Nick's Preschool Pictures

Hey - they turned out pretty well!
Nick's classmates are pretty cute, too. His teacher on the left is Miss Carrie and his teacher on the right is Miss Wendy. Saylor, (the little girl in front of miss Carrie) is stinkin' adorable. She's a bitty little thing and reminds me of Ruth, Laya, Naomi, Heather and Melissa when they were this age.

Nicky's Preschool Halloween Party

Nicky's first preschool party was a lot of fun. Nicky was a monkey and Nathan was a frog.

There were lots of fun activities for the kiddos.

Nick's teacher Carrie dressed up like an angel, but Nicky called her a fairy.
At the end of it all the kids got to trick or treat. Some older kids, (not sure from where) helped out with the games and handing out candy. They all dressed up and really got into the spirit of things.

We brought ghost and pumpkin cookies.
